I hadn't seen anything from this movie except the poster/cover art before picking this from the store.I actually mistook this for Anthropoid (2016) until realizing that of course there are two films released this close to each other with the same subject matter. I hadn't seen WW II film for a while and the cast was interesting so I picked this up. The film was pretty solid war drama with good acting (Jason Clarke was really good).

I really liked this funny and also kinda disturbing stalker drama. Aubrey Plaza is great in the lead.

The fact that I had been up 35+ hours and still this film managed to keep me interested (and awake) with minimal dialogue and Casey Affleck under a sheet staring at things and people is really impressing.

Well, I had a smirk throughout the film and laughed out loud in few moments. I tested the awful English dub version but decided to watch it in cantonese. Might rewatch it with that audio and test if it adds something to this film.

The ending was weird in a sense that it was good and it also kinda ruined this film, mostly with the attempts of humor. But the body horror practical stuff was good.

I got similar kicks out of this that I got from Ash vs Evil Dead. Christopher Meloni is just brilliant and funny in this.

Great performances from all of the 3 leads and also from Oliver Platt who had a smaller role but was really funny. The first half was stronger but the performances carry the film to the end nicely.
