The setting reminded me of Carpenter's The Thing. This was quite entertaining whodunit/adventure film with Donald Sutherland in the lead searching his father's burial site.

Finally decided to check this out. I've seen the ending so many times before actually watching this so the ending twist didn't really work, it still pretty creepy scene though. The practical effects were great in the kills. The acting was awful and hilarious at times.

Great movie with the worst cinema experience I've had. Two different groups making their idiotic commentary track throughout the run time also pointing at the screen every time there was something weird on there. They were silent for 5 minutes after I shushed(might have used some curse words actually) one of them. But even with the idiots annoying me I really liked the movie. The camera work was really great as was the acting. It's more of a creepy drama film than pure modern horror movie with the jumpscares and music stingers.

I would have liked this more if the run time was shorter. The attack to the compound was really entertaining but the movie dragged a bit before that.

The First Jurassic World was a enjoyable summer movie and I was hoping this was similar experience to that.The revies and trailers dropped my expectations quite a lot but I was still pretty interested seeing this. There were some cool horror movie moments and visuals when the Indoraptor gets loose. After the first 15 minutes or so everything was just so predictable that I started to loose interest and almost fell asleep. The new characters are just stereotypes that are either annoying or just stock stereotype bad guys that are idiots. I was basically just eye rolling and sighing through the film which hasn't happen since A Good Day to Die Hard.

Decided to play the DLC's finally. The game is still really unstable and has crashed 4 or 5 times already. **Been playing the game and the Far Harbor stuff is interesting but the performance issues and constant crashing isn't that fun. The fog makes the game run like a slideshow at times. Exploring is really fun in this game still but the missions are way too repetitive.
