I've been a fan of Tom Segura's since I watched his first Netflix special and even bigger fan after I started to watch/listen to his and his wife's podcast last year. I had heard some of the material before in that podcast but still found the stuff funny.

Great performances and dark humor. Sam Rockwell was great and had great character arc too. Frances McDormand is also great like she usually is.

James Franco was great and the movie was really funny. The Room- scenes were done with care and looked "great" like in the original. Dave Franco's fake beard bothered me probably a bit too much throughout the second half.

Three friends get stuck on a skilift as the hill closes. Then smart decisions happen and not all make it alive. There's nice tension in the film and the freezing to death is pretty creepy way to go. The freezing effects and make up are done well.

Michael Shannon was good and so where Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart. It's a rock biopic so there's drugs and alcohol and some good drama. The Runaways' backstory was interesting thing to follow and the music was good.

A movie with Michael Shannon, Ian McShane and Ron Perlman and no bodycount. I got a few chuckles here and there, like when Ron Perlman was sweating his ass off in a furry suit in the beginning. The movie follows that American comedy formula so you know how everything plays out right from the start.

The idea of this movie is pretty interesting but the way it's done ruins it. When I heard the stock horror movie sounds and screams I lost any interest... And you can see the "twist" coming from a mile away.

Takashi Miike's 100th film. And it was a good one. There were really great fight scenes (some of them reminded me of 13 assassins a lot) and the film was pretty looking too. The leads had great chemistry together too.
