If you are a fan of the game series the movie is pretty good and you can follow it easily but if you aren't there is way too much information missing. The Apple of Eden especially sticks out since acquiring that is the main goal of the templars. It's powers and origins arent introduced to new viewers at all. The characters in the past aren't really even introduced... Like at all. Aguilar is the only one whose name was even mentioned. When you think of the games the characters in the Animus are always shadowing the the Animus user (in the later games they even replaced Desmond with the player being that user in POV segments). I think that the wanted to focus more on Callum Lynch here in the first movie. And so the most interesting part of the games is left really underdeveloped. It's shame since this film has lot's of potential to actually been really really good. The action especially in the past is choreographed, shot and edited great. The maneuvers and jumps are straight from the games. I acknowledged the flaws but I also really liked parts of this movie quite much. I would like to see an another one of these in the future with more character developement and more explanation of important objects etc.

This was a okay documentary but I wish that they had used Bowie's music in this.

The movie starts out really interestingly and stays that way about 2/3 of the run time. The movie wasn't scary but these haven't been that scary since the first one. The Prometheus stuff seemed really interesting... Shame that there's not that much of it on the movie. Danny McBride and Michael Fassbender were great and the acting was good overall but the writing made the character's quite dumb.Billy Crudup's death was just so so stupid. The CGI wasn't that good and I had hard time, especially at the 3rd act, keeping track of what was happening on the screen. The CGI might have worked better if the Xenomorphs would have stayed in the shadows. But I'm still interested to see the three new ones, I'll probably won't see them in theater though.

This game is challenging even in the easiest difficulty level. Well I made it more difficult for myself in the first playthrough (even though I'm not yet quite finished) by not exploring the Avenger upgrades. I like the way you start from the bottom as the aliens have ruled the world for 20 years now. You start to guerrilla warfare against the aliens and recruiting soldiers, scientists and engineers helping you on your efforts. I really like the way you can customize you soldiers and it affects you when you favorite soldier gets killed because you make a tactical mistake in a fight. Also the base/Avenger building is great and useful as it helps on the war efforts. The only technical issues have been visual clitches and frame rate drops that happen when the game is loading or there is a big explosion on screen. Also the loading times are really long. **Well, the technical problems waited for the final fight: had one hard crash and multiple times the animations froze for quite many seconds. Also the frame rate problems got quite bad in the last chamber.
